Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026. This policy applies to the Property Data Intelligence website, dashboard, reports and API.
1. Who we are
Property Data Intelligence ("PDI", "we", "us") provides subscription software that reports property and market analytics to individuals, businesses and professional organizations in the United States.
This policy explains what information we handle when you visit our website, create an account, or use PDI on behalf of a company, brokerage, fund or other business entity.
2. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, password credentials, company or organization name, role, and the plan you select.
Usage information: addresses and ZIP codes you search, reports you open, saved searches, portfolios, alerts, exports and analytics-tool inputs such as purchase price, rate and expense assumptions.
Billing information: subscription tier, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs used to keep the service secure and reliable.
3. How we use information
To provide and operate the platform, including generating reports, scores, signals and analytics you request.
To administer accounts, subscriptions, usage limits and billing.
To secure the service, prevent abuse, detect fraud and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
To support you, respond to inquiries and send service, security and billing notices.
To improve accuracy, performance and product features using aggregated or de-identified usage patterns.
4. Property data sources
Property and market figures are retrieved from licensed third-party property-data providers and public records, then normalized and stored so repeated views of the same property remain fast and consistent.
Property records describe real estate, not individuals. We do not build consumer profiles, and we do not use protected-characteristic data in any score or model.
5. Business and team accounts
Where you use PDI under a business, brokerage, lender or enterprise account, the organization that provisioned the account may access reports, searches, exports and usage records created within it.
Organization administrators are responsible for their own internal handling of any data they export from PDI.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We share information only with service providers acting on our instructions — hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring and licensed data providers — and where required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users or the security of the service.
If PDI is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
7. Retention
We retain account, report, portfolio and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
You may request deletion of your account; records we are required to keep for financial or legal reasons will be retained for the applicable period.
8. Security
Access to account data is restricted by authenticated sessions and per-account authorization rules, and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
No system can be guaranteed fully secure. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Your choices
You may review and update your profile from your dashboard, export or delete saved searches, portfolios and reports you created, and unsubscribe from non-essential email.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
10. Children
PDI is a business and professional tool and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date below and, where appropriate, notified by email or in-app notice.
Questions about this policy or a privacy request can be sent to support@propertydataintelligence.com.
