Address lookup

PDI resolves a single U.S. residential address at a time and retrieves its records from a licensed property-data provider. Addresses the provider has no record for return an explicit "data unavailable" result — never an estimated stand-in.

How lookup works

One address, one retrieval, full provenance

  1. 1.The address is validated locally for completeness so incomplete queries never consume a provider request.
  2. 2.PDI retrieves public-record characteristics, an automated value estimate with range, a long-term rent estimate, comparables, tax and sale history, and ZIP-level market statistics.
  3. 3.Responses are schema-validated and stamped with source and retrieval time. Anything the provider does not return is shown as unavailable.
